    Choose CrownSky or CrownSea

    Tap the CrownSky ✈️ or CrownSea ⛵ tab above the search form. The sky and water animation updates with your selection.

    Switch theme

    Use Day, Night, or Custom in the top bar. Fleet colours and the whole interface update instantly.

  3. 3

    Explore both products

    Scroll to the showcase section and use the CrownSky or CrownSea tabs to jump between private jets and yacht charters.

CrownSky — book a jet seat

Search shared private-jet seats, view a flight, pay a 30% deposit, and track your booking.

    Search

    Select CrownSky in the navigation or use the hero search. Pick origin, destination, date, and passengers, then search.

  2. 2

    Pick a flight

    Open a route to see aircraft, operator, price per seat, and availability.

  3. 3

    Book

    Choose the number of seats and proceed to pay your deposit. You must be signed in with verified identity.

  4. 4

    Pay deposit

    Checkout shows your 30% deposit. Pay securely by UPI, card, or net banking where available.

  5. 5

    After booking

    My Bookings shows status. Open a booking for your contract and concierge chat.

CrownSea — book a yacht berth

Search yacht charters by region and marina, book berths, and pay deposit like CrownSky.

    Search charters

    Select CrownSea. Choose region, marina hub, charter date, guests, and duration.

  2. 2

    View listings

    Matching yachts appear with price per berth, crew included, and berths available.

  3. 3

    Charter detail

    Review marina, date, and duration, select berths, then book and pay your deposit.

  4. 4

    Complete payment

    The same 30% deposit flow as jets applies. Refunds return to your original payment method per policy.

Create or join a group pool to split charter cost across seats or berths.

    Browse pools

    Open Pools from the navigation to see open groups with fill progress and price per seat.

    Create a pool

    Start a trip — choose jet or yacht, route or region, date, seats needed, and optional notes.

  3. 3

    Join & pay

    Open a pool and book seats. When the pool fills, deposits are secured and the operator confirms.

    Sign up or sign in

    Create an account with your email or sign in to manage bookings and payments.

    KYC

    Complete identity verification under Compliance before your first booking. Upload passport or national ID as requested.

    Wallet

    Your wallet shows balance and deposit history. Cancellation refunds return to your original payment method.

    Open assistant

    Click the CrownCiel button at the bottom-right. Type or use the microphone.

  2. 2

    Book by voice

    For example: "Book a jet from Mumbai to Maldives" or "Yacht charter in Dubai Marina".

  3. 3

    Follow links

    The assistant suggests search and charter links when ready. Tap to continue in the main app.

Cancellation & support

Request changes through concierge chat on each booking.

    Cancellation policy

    Read the Cancellation Policy from the footer or navigation. Refunds go to the original payment method.

    Request cancel

    Open your booking, use Concierge chat, and describe your request. Our team processes refunds per policy.

Visas & entry

Passport and visa rules are your responsibility — CrownCiel books travel, not immigration documents.

    Check requirements

    Before you book, confirm visa, e-visa, or entry rules for your destination and any transit countries on your route.

    Apply on your own

    Use official government websites or a licensed visa agent. CrownCiel does not file visa applications for you.

  3. 3

    KYC is not a visa

    Passport upload under Compliance is for identity verification only — it does not replace a destination visa.

  4. 4

    Use your booking details

    After booking, your confirmation may help when applying for a visa. Ask concierge if you need an itinerary letter.

No. CrownCiel is a broker marketplace. Licensed operators own and operate all aircraft and vessels. We connect travelers, handle bookings, payments, and concierge support.
